1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SonicSplit (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SonicSplit provides AI-powered audio stem separation. You may upload or link audio files, and the Service will process them into separate stems (vocals, drums, bass, etc.).
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any audio you submit. You must not use the Service to infringe copyright or violate any applicable law.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
SonicSplit offers three paid tiers: Starter (€2.99/mo), Pro (€6.99/mo), and Ultra (€14.99/mo). Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Data & Storage
Uploaded files and separated stems are stored temporarily. Free-tier files are deleted after 7 days. Paid plans have extended retention as described on the pricing page.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. SonicSplit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
